After 20 years of separation and inevitable reunification, one Odessa family decided to go on a cruise by three generations: mother (I. Tokarchuk) with younger son (A. Samusenko), eldest son and his spouse, “athlete, handsome and former Komsomol member” grandfather Dodik (Yasha Gopp), and two grandchildren - Odessa and American, who have already managed to make friends and find a common language. But the ship was wrecked and they found themselves on an “uninhabited”, as it seemed to them, island ... what next? Will the family survive? What kind of relationship will be between Aunt Sima and Yasha in such a difficult situation? ... Who actually lives on the island, and what does he want to create with our family?
