David Bowie left our Earth more than two years ago, but he continues to influence contemporary culture in its various manifestations.

So, since November 25, Ukrainians will have the opportunity to dip into the result of such influence, which resulted in the production of Dwight Rodin - "Star Dust". The choreographer will bring a fantastic show together with one of the best contemporary ballets in the world - Complexions Contemporary Ballet. What makes this show so special?

Outstanding Choreographer
Star Dust was created by one of the best choreographers of the day - Dwight Rodin, founder of Complexions Contemporary Ballet, as well as director of such famous dance shows as "Cirque du Soleil" and "The Great Gatsby Ballet". He also created choreography for the famous "So You Think You Can Dance" dance show, and worked with such stars as Patrick Swazi, Prince, Kelly Clarkson, U2 and Lenny Kravitz. In his "Star Dust" production, Dwight pays tribute to David Bowie, whose music has played a prominent role in the life of the choreographer.

Legendary music
"Star Dust" is, first of all, about David Bowie, and so music here will play a key role. Immerse yourself in the world of Ziggy Stardast will help such compositions as "Space Oddity" and "Rock N Roll Suicide". In addition, the viewers recall "Changes", "Heroes", "Modern Love", "Young Americans", and also the latest released artist song - "Lazarus". By complementing music in the language of motion, Rodin seeks to make the audience feel the emotions that Bova's music can cause.

Talented dancers
The Ballet Complexions Contemporary Ballet has won many awards, including the prestigious New York Times Critics' Choice. Significant role in "Star Dust" is directed at one of the founders of the ballet, as well as one of the most prominent contemporary dancers - Desmond Richardson. Behind the dancer's experience is working with Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince and Areta Franklin. He also staged a choreography for several seasons and versions of the So You Think You Can Dance project.

A new word in the world of dance
Complexions Contemporary Ballet gave spectators not only fascinating performances, but also innovations in the world of dance, which can be traced to the "Star Dust". Dancers are convinced that dance should break down barriers rather than fix them. Whether it's a particular style, period, place, or culture, Complexions go beyond all traditions, creating an open, constantly improved form of dance that reflects the movement of our world and all its components as an interconnected whole. And this can be felt during the performance of the ballet.

Attachment of viewers
Americans have already enjoyed the result of the space mix of David Bowie's music and Dwight Rodin's choreography. So, the premiere of the production took place in 2016 in Detroit, and immediately received positive reviews from viewers. Subsequently, the opportunity to appreciate the "Star Dust" was received by Los Angeles residents, as was written by LA Weekly. In particular, critics praise the choreographer's approach, which made the viewers see a completely new David Bowie - dancing in the forms of dancers.

Immerse yourself in the cosmic world of Ziggy Stardast will be November 25 in Kiev, November 27 in Odessa, November 29 and 30 in Kharkiv and the Dnieper, respectively.
