The Gomin choir concert in Odesa will take place on September 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Odesa Regional Philharmonic.
September 10 in Odesa - the Gomin choir as part of an all-Ukrainian concert tour! The group, which is now part of the Lviv Organ Hall, was recognized by Ukrinform as the best choir in Ukraine in 2024. And already in 2025, the whole country is talking about this unique formation. The song “This Dream…” with Vadym Yatsenko’s solo is rapidly gaining millions of views on social networks, arousing the admiration of listeners.
“Homin” is a true echo of the Ukrainian soul. Founded in 1988, the group has been bringing the beauty, depth and greatness of the national choral tradition to the world from the very beginning. Its mission is to preserve and popularize choral art, to reveal unique polyphony.
The choir members also became part of the creation of the soundtrack to the world-famous HBO series “Chernobyl” – it is their voices that sound in the final, piercing composition “Eternal Memory”.
A new creative stage for "Homin" began in 2023, when the group became part of the Lviv Organ Hall. Under the leadership of the charismatic Vadym Yatsenko, the choir opened a new page in its history. In October of the same year, the group represented Ukraine at the festival in Lund, Sweden - in the hall where the Nobel Prize is traditionally awarded.
The "Homin" choir triumphantly represented Ukrainian culture in France, Sweden, the USA and Great Britain. Its repertoire includes carols, songs of the liberation struggle, spiritual classics and modern works.
Today, the group presents new programs and enchants the audience with the sound of Ukrainian songs. It is definitely worth hearing live.
