1. Feel the powerful energy of staging.
2. Fill the evening with warmth and sincerity.
3. After a while, want to revise the performance again.
The repertoire of any theater passes the test of time. And those performances that stand it become like aged wine - with subtle shades and nuances, polished play of actors and deep meaning. In Kiev, the theater "Wheel" most of the performances go on stage for many years. Among them are special veterans.
The performance "Lika" this year celebrated its 30th anniversary! The production is based on the play of the same name by Armen Zurabov. This is a sincere, touching and frank dialogue between two sisters. Their destinies are connected not only by family ties, but also by love for one person.
The spectators who came to the show themselves can see for themselves that there are an infinite number of different views on what love is, meaning of life, family... And, along with the actors, you will have to answer difficult questions. What is more important: feelings or mind? Is it possible to justify treason? And where are the boundaries of the self-sacrifice to which we are ready to go for the sake of loved ones?
For many years now, the actresses of the theater - Valentina Boyko and Nataliya Nadiradze-Vronskaya (Honored Artist of Ukraine) have been brilliantly embodying the role of sisters on the stage. They feel great viewers, masterfully maintaining this subtle inner connection. Very different in external features, by the end of the performance they somehow achieve a striking effect: it begins to seem that the heroines are united not only by an internal resemblance, but also by an external one. After all, it is not by chance that many in their lives take them for their real sisters.
Waiting for you!
