Lubomyr Melnyk is a composer and pianist of Ukrainian origin who is a pioneer of Continuous Piano Music. Classically trained and strongly influenced the movement of minimalism in the early 1970's. He developed his own unique piano language, named after the principle of maintaining a continuous, unsurpassed flow of sound.
Lubomyr Melnyk is a true innovator who has explored new trends in contemporary music. Not only is he considered one of the fastest concert pianists in the world, his compositions also truly transfer the listener to new areas. Seeing one of his live performances is nothing more than a discovery of a new intelligent experience.
