Lubomyr Melnyk is a composer and pianist of Ukrainian origin who is a pioneer of Continuous Piano Music. Classically trained, he strongly influenced the movement of minimalism in the early 1970's. He developed his own unique piano language, named after the principle of maintaining a continuous, unsurpassed sound stream.

Lubomyr Melnyk is a true innovator who has explored new trends in contemporary music. Not only is he considered one of the fastest concert pianists in the world, his compositions also truly transfer the listener to new areas. Seeing one of his live performances is nothing more than a discovery of a new intelligent experience.

Miller showed a great commitment to the instrument, always striving to discover new ways to compose music in continuous mode. His emphasis is on the actual sound of the piano, as well as on the harmony and melody of music.

Using the fast and complex patterns of music, the virtuoso pianist method of Lyubomyr generates overtones that, at rare moments, combine, encounter or even create new melodies, and thus form a composition in its original form. To do this, you need a special technique that has brought it to skill for many years.

By joining the Erased Tapes label in 2013, its founder Robert Raths knew that the time had come to share the great musical legacy of the pianist, to which he simply replied: "Where were you guys when I was thirty?"

In his seventy Lyubomyr Melnyk is the author of more than 100 works, and in the discography has more than 20 published albums. His talent is recognized both by musicians and by the world's media. Showing the world of the video on the song Christina Solovaya, he once again proved that there is no limit to the music when two creative people come together to do something in common, incredible and what nobody is expecting from them.

Since the beginning of the world tour, there have already been sold 10 sell-outs in Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Cherkassy, Odesa, Lutsk, Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kiev and 2 concerts in Zaporizhzhya, Dnipro, Lviv, as well as full halls at concerts in Finland, Denmark, Scotland, England, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland.

Come and congratulate the maestro on the anniversary!
