Maurizio Bignon is an Italian pianist and composer . He embraces different styles from the first compositions, experimenting, but always with a common thread that unites his works, which is why he felt the need to develop a melodic line, clearly defined within the general system that is part of modern classical music. His love for nature, its wonders and the feelings it evokes are the basis of his music. With his music, Maurizio whispers to people's souls and establishes a special harmony with them, which creates a feeling of emotional well-being. Maurizio is also considered one of the most interesting artists on the new Italian contemporary scene. In 2019 , he started a new tour with his project "No Border", where Maurizio plays with flutist Elena Kushcha (concertmaster of flute and soloist at the Opera and Ballet Theater, Odessa, Ukraine) and cellist Giorgio Gasbarro (soloist concertmaster of cello, cello at the Mazzello Theater Palermo, Italy and the Sicilian Symphony Orchestra). His music is requested and performed by musicians from all over the world, such as violinist Laurentius Dink (Berliner Philharmoniker) and soloists of the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, American concert violist Brett Doubner, Russian concert cellist Maya Friedman, Italian soloist Piazza Luciano and soloist Pio solo trumpeter Ralph Alessi, first solo cello of the Gurzenich Cologne Orchestra, Ulrike Schaefer, first viola of the Philadelphia Chamber Orchestra, Dennis Krasnokutsky, Singapore Tang Quartet, Trio Siciliano . His music is included in many festivals, such as the Festival dei due mondi in Spoleto, the Massimo Theater in Palermo, the Friends of Music in Palermo, Novara, Milan, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani, the University of Palermo, Perugia, Bari, the School Aaron Copeland in New York, Contemporary Music Festival in Novosibirsk, Round Top Festival (Texas), Festival of Gramado (Brazil), Gibellina Orestiadi (Contemporary Music Festival), Womad, and they are performed in major concert halls in Italy, Germany and France , England, Belgium, USA, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Singapore, the Netherlands, China and others. In April 2021 , the song "Let life surprise you" took 1st place in the iTunes Top 200 tracks of the Brazil classical Chart, and in August 2021 the song "Sussurri" became # 2. In June 2021 , three of his songs entered the classic iTunes chart of Germany, receiving 21st, 23rd and 27th place in the chart with the songs "Follow me", "Il vento e la rosa" and "Black sea".

In November 2021 , Maurizio made his debut in Ukraine in Odessa. Tickets for the concert sold out in a few days. The audience praised the concert, applauding while standing. In 2022 , Maurizio will also embark on a tour with his new solo piano project, Inner Reflections, a vivid musical journey in which Maurizio, with passion and a sensitive soul, sometimes wild and dreamy, describes the limits of human nature to the elements of nature.
