Teaser: World-famous J-stream begins its history in Ukraine
A twice legendary party will take place at KURENI on June 18! The long-awaited performance of the sensational Miss Monique in her native Kyiv has every chance of going down in history, because, among other things, this event will be filmed live by the world-famous DJ stream Mixmag Lab.
This will be the first video from Ukraine in the rich collection of Mixmag Lab streams. Over the past 13 years, broadcasts under this brand have become a global pop culture phenomenon in many corners of the world - from London and Miami to Nairobi and Delhi, thanks to unforgettable performances by Black Coffee, Peggy Gou, Groove Armada, Bonobo, Purple Disco Machine, Nightmares on Wax and many others.
Mixmag Lab Kyiv will capture the pride of the local audience - Miss Monique in the exciting and inspiring moment of her rapid transformation into a superstar of the global EDM scene. The last few years have been surprisingly successful and eventful for Miss Monique: hit releases on Armada Music and Drumcode, official remixes for Madonna and Lufthaus (Robbie Williams' club project), collaboration with Moby; appearance in Pete Tong's Essential Mix series, unforgettable sets on the main stage of Tomorrowland, EDC Vegas, Ultra Music Festival, Lollapalooza, Sziget, Coachella.
There are even more exciting events ahead! This summer Miss Monique will open her own residency at the best club in the world – Nì Ibiza, taking over from DJ legends – Eric Prydz, The Martinez Brothers, Damian Lazarus, Afterlife label. She will also appear as a special guest at Carl Cox's party at [UNVRS], play at the same club with David Guetta and make her debut at Creamfields festival on the Fatboy Slim stage.
Miss Monique's company at the Mixmag Lab party in KURENI will be made up of the famous Kyiv DJ and promoter Smailov , resident of Siona Records (Miss Monique label) – DJ and military Artaria , as well as the author of the podcast "Ukrainian Bangers" for Mixmag Ukraine and the "voice of Kiss FM" – Mr.Sunny .
