Motorola - legends of Ukrainian rock. And you could put an end to this, because this cool team really doesn't need an additional promo today. However, one cannot stay away from the most important stages in the band's history and remain silent about the achievements of the musicians. So - let's go!

From opening act for Metallica to successful US tours and high-profile status as a "musical monster"

Motor'roll band was founded in 1994 in Khmelnytskyi. The first team included:
  • Oleksandr Budnetskyi (vocals);
  • Ihor Lysyy (guitar);
  • Serhii Prysiazhny (guitar);
  • Viktor Verkhnyatskyi (bass guitar);
  • Kostyantyn Streletskyi (drums);
  • Ilya Demba (saxophone).
The heyday of the group fell in the middle of the "zeros". Even at the end of the 90s, no collection and compilation of Ukrainian alternative music could do without Motor'roll compositions. The first musical material of the group was created simply on the vocalist's balcony, and the genre palette of creativity ranged from rockabilly to hard core. Later, the band established itself among the stars of the Ukrainian alternative scene, winning the hearts of thousands of listeners.

The first great popularity of the collective was brought by the albums "... what's not clear?" (2005) and "Colorful Dreams" (2008). Musicians take an active part in famous festivals and other cultural events, including "Chervona Ruta", "Rock-Kyiv", "Nivroku", "Zoloty Skif", "Alternative", MRPL City, "Cossack Fun" and others.

During the entire period of the band's existence, there were numerous changes in the composition of the team. In 2023, drummer Oleksandr Kyrylyuk and sound engineer Viktor Tsukanov were mobilized to the army. The members of the band actively support the Ukrainian Armed Forces, holding charity concerts and performing for our defenders in front-line towns.

The creative search of the unstoppable in the creative plan of Motor'roll continues. And to the one hundred percent hits "Inspire", "To you, honey", "Snow", "8th color" are added fiery "Patriots' entertainment 2022" and others full of stormy energy and indomitable spirit of the song. MOTOR'ROLLA does not stop, continuing its confident movement along the musical roads of Ukraine and the world.
