On December 18, on the eve of the New Year holidays, the winemaker of the house of Plaimont will come to us for dinner.
Their vineyards are located at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains and descend to the hills of the province of Gascony. Due to this location, Plaimont wines are full-bodied, with special intensity - just right for a winter evening.
On the menu:
Grand Imperial Brut 2015
Domaine Cauhape Quest - octopus carpaccio
Plaimont Les 3 Chevaliers - meat specialties
Plaimont Madiran Plenitude 2012 - BEEF salad with roast beef
Plaimont Madiran Plenitude 2001 - Butcher steak
Plaimont Chateau Arricau-Bordes Pacherenc - grilled pineapple
