In the cartoon "Polaris, the Space Submarine and the Mystery of the Polar Night", the penguin traveler James Hibernatus and the funny bear Potap Medvedko meet at the North Pole. Having become friends, they observe the stars together, and are also surprised that at the North and South Poles the night lasts for half a year. So the novice astronomers try to solve this riddle through observations. Thanks to James' knowledge and Medvedko's ingenuity, the friends build a real observatory and a real spaceship, on which they go to Mars and Saturn to get the answer to their question and find out how different the planets are.
