The comedy takes place in Kyiv in the 1970s. Tatyana Grigorivna is a single woman who raised two children alone. We find ourselves at Tatyana's anniversary, where in the midst of the celebration, her ex-husband, who once went to get bread... and disappeared for 17 years, unexpectedly appears! The unexpected appearance of the "prodigal father" turns the peaceful life of the family into a series of shocking events.

The story turned out to be so complicated that it resembles a real-life detective story. Why does an experienced con artist decide to reunite with his family and will he dare to carry out his insidious plans when the love and trust of his own children are at stake!?

A fiery comedy, full of twists and turns and as close to reality as possible.

Here everyone recognizes a part of themselves, their childhood and stormy youth. After all, it is here that "chestnuts bloom again, the Dnieper waves beat, sweet youth - you are my happiness"!
