No wonder "Savage" is so famous and popular around the world!

The play was first shown on Broadway in 1995, and since then it has remained a record holder among "one man shows", and also has won the prestigious Lawrence Olivier World Theater Award - Olivier Awards, which is a theatrical analogue of the "Oscar".

The author of the play is American family psychologist Rob Becker, who often acted as a stand-up comedian. On Broadway, Becker's name became a legend, because the production of "What Men Are Silent About" (in the original - Defending the Caveman) entered the theatrical book of records as the longest show of one actor.

The play has been performed by the author himself on Broadway alone more than 700 times, translated into 35 languages and in total has won over 8 million viewers in 45 countries!
