Why visit the lecture "Cheese and wine, yin and yang in the world of gastronomy"?

1. Practical knowledge of how to make a classic cheese plateau.
2. Find out which wine to pick up for different cheeses.
3. Wine tasting and 5 types of cheese as a nice bonus;)

Call friends to visit wine? This is an excuse to learn to harmoniously form a cheesy plateau. Or vice versa;)

Let's start with the classic combination of the French Bree and Chardonnay Baron d'Arignac and move on to more versatile: cheese from Switzerland and the Netherlands will be combined with the German Gewurztraminer (the name is complicated and you will like it).
