Secrets of the winter sky

The Noosphere Planetarium invites you to an interactive New Year's program for children aged 8 and up, which includes an age-appropriate tour of the exhibition, the "Mysteries of the Winter Sky" program with a simulation of space travel in the Star Hall, and a viewing of the full-dome 4K cartoon "Polaris, the Space Submarine and the Polar Mystery" night".

During the "Mysteries of the Winter Sky" program, we admire the most picturesque constellations, nebulae and star clusters that appear in the sky in winter, spectacular winter star showers and auroras. We will also learn how time passes in space, and how long a year lasts on different planets, we will find out why the seasons change, and we will also go to Mars and to the icy worlds of the Solar System to solve the mystery of snow.

What does the attendance program (90 minutes) include?

• interactive introduction to the exhibition accompanied by a space guide;
• visiting the unique Martian and Lunar zones, which reproduce the surfaces of Mars and the Moon;
• VR-journey through the solar system;
• getting acquainted with the constellations in the starry sky and traveling through space in real time in the domed Star Hall;
• watching a full-dome cartoon in 4K format.
