The performance "Silence without words" is based on one of the most interesting genres of Ukrainian song - urban romance or chanson (from the French сhanson - "song").
The fabric of the performance is formed by the songs and texts of Ivan Franko, Lesya Ukrainka, Taras Shevchenko to the music of Bohdan Vesolovskyi, Anatoly Kos-Anatolskyi, Arkady Filippenko and other composers - as well as French and Polish chanson, which is organically woven into the musical culture of Lviv.
The character of the play is a girl whom we can meet every day in the city: on the square, in the tram, in the train... She always goes somewhere, goes. The scenery of life is changing. And the place of her family remains unchanged in her. Her lonely voice conquers the desert of the city.
