Australian rockers Tonight Alive announced their return and for the first time will give a concert in Kiev as part of the tour in support of the new album Underworld.
Jenna McDougall and the company will perform with their shows in America, Europe, finishing the tour in their native Australia. At the end of the European part of the tour, the group will also visit Ukraine.
Since its foundation in 2008 in Sydney, the band has released 4 albums and managed to perform with such teams as 3OH! 3, All Time Low, You Me At Six, The Offspring, Simple Plan, etc. The legendary American rock radio KROQ named Tonight Alive one of the best Australian bands. In the musical style of Tonight Alive, notes of pop-punk, pop-rock, alternatives and emo are noticeable. At the beginning of the creative path, the group was reasonably compared with the American counterparts in the alternative scene - the group Paramore.
The album Underworld was released in January this year. It includes previously released singles "Temple", "Crack My Heart" and "Disappear", over which the group worked together with the vocalist PVRIS - Lynn Gunn. And the song "My Underworld" was recorded with the participation of the frontman Slipknot and Stone Sour Corey Taylor. The record debuted from the first line of Billboard in the album chart, which sets the style.
"The album is called Underworld, and I called it that because it reflects those horrible and ugly parts of me that I was not ready to see until now," McDougall said in an interview after the release of the album.
