An exemplary ensemble of classical dance “Fuete”, Children's Art School 4 presents: “Ballet Evening”.
The founder of the team “Fuete” is a teacher, choreographer - Kozyar Marina Yuryevna. Later, the teacher, choreographer - Pogoretskaya Anna Vladimirovna joins the school. These wonderful teachers have many years of experience and the profession of ballet dancers at the Odessa National Opera and Ballet Theater. In the process of creative synthesis, they give new life to timeless classics: The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, and the second act of Swan Lake by P. I. Tchaikovsky. Also in the ensemble's repertoire is a ballet evening consisting of numbers of classical and modern dance heritage. The team works closely with the Opera House. Our young ballerinas are engaged in repertoire performances, which are invariably successful on the big stage: “The Birth of a Ballerina”, “Sleeping Beauty”. Vivid concert activity and competitive awards are an exemplary indicator of the fact that Fuet is rapidly developing and conquering new heights.
"Ballet Evening" is presented in two departments. The first branch - rooms of classical and modern heritage. In the first act, viewers will see the pas de deux from the romantic ballet Giselle, enjoy the bravura performance of Kitri and Basil from the ballet Don Quixote. They applaud the incendiary duet of Bolero and the Italian passionate Tarantella directed by George Balanchine, see the duet “Spring Voices” and visit the underwater kingdom with the trio “Ocean and Pearls”. As well as the attention of the audience will be provided no less well-known numbers of classical and modern choreography.
The second act is Swan Lake. For more than a century, captivating the hearts of fans of classical music. He is considered to be the standard of high art. “Swan Lake”, without any exaggeration, can be called the pearl of Russian classics. The ballet was based on a tale of the knightly era. This is a reverent and beautiful love story, filled with many obstacles and trials, awaiting young lovers. We will show you a white act, where the young Prince Siegfried, thanks to the intervention of Fate itself, is transferred to the shore of a magical lake and gets acquainted with a charming girl whose image has haunted him for so long in dreams and in reality. She turns out to be the beautiful swan Odette and the ardent young man immediately confesses her feelings to her and promises to be faithful. In the role of Odette, Prince Siegfried and the evil genius of Rothbart, the soloists of the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater, also involved in the performance are students of the exemplary classical dance ensemble “Fuete”, Children's Art School No. 4.
