UNION INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL CENTER PRESENTS AN EXHIBITION OF UKRAINIAN ARTISTS

The exhibition presents paintings and sculptures by modern Ukrainian artists, painted and created by famous and young artists of different generations over the past 50 years.

The exhibition includes more than 300 works by almost 20 contemporary authors. The expositions reveal the meanings and dynamics of the work of Ukrainian artists, whose works decorate the museum collections of different countries of the world — from the Odessa Art Museum to the Guggenheim Museum in New York .

This exhibition is a look at the connection between past and modern Ukrainian culture. Each work of the collection is a symbol encoding a certain information and idea. Ukrainian culture is about freedom, Ukrainian art is the path of free people.

The viewer will be able to trace how a single space becomes a working basis for various types of visual art, including painting, sculpture, photography.

The exhibition covers many different styles of visual art - non-conformism, surrealism, abstractionism, impressionism, classical realist school.

ADMISSION AND TICKETS

You can buy a ticket both at the entrance and on the Concert.ua website.

If you purchased a ticket on the Concert.ua website:

• the ticket has an open date and is valid once during the exhibition
• the ticket is valid during the time and days of the exhibition.

PLEASE NOTE ATTENTION

UNION is a gallery and event space. If an event takes place in one of UNION's galleries or other spaces, that gallery or space will be temporarily closed to the public.

 

VISITATION RULES

Friends, please observe the following visiting rules:

• Entry to UNION takes place at the specified schedule and time.
• Security and the UNION team may deny access to visitors who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• In the event of an air raid in Odesa, all visitors must leave the building and go to the nearest places of shelter: st. Evreyska, 43, str. Uspenska, 56
• Please visit the UNION galleries without bulky items, food and drinks.
• Smoking is prohibited in the UNION building.
• Professional and commercial filming is available by prior arrangement with the UNION team.
