Vitalik - a performance of one of the most popular independent theaters in Ukraine - the "Wild Theater".
The basis of the plot is the documentary play by Vitaliy Chensky "Ulysses". The meta text at the level of the modern Joyce "Ulysses", whose copyright names coincide, indecently frankly reveals the topic of personality traumatism on the example of a man from Mariupol, who tries to adapt to the values of the capital without betraying his own.
Imagine a confident, business, serious, inflated macho. This is Vitalik.
Now imagine a complicated 40-year-old boy from Mariupol, who removes rooms from elderly women, works as a journalist, looks for the meaning of life, money, love and inspiration in Kyiv... Imagined? So you know: this is also Vitalik.
Maxim Golenko, the main director of the "Wild theater", staged a story with two Vitaliki in 15 stage "songs": on the stage two actors, two alternate authors, two opposites and two parts of one whole.
Apparently, this play is one of the most critical and most vital performances of the Wild theater, because on the background of the life of the hero - "little man" - there are events that are fateful for the country.
