Indian Summer
Why go to the play "Grandma's Summer"?
1. Universal problems are raised.
2. Talented acting.
3. A very sensual tragicomedy for viewers of all ages.
Do you want a life show? Then come to the staging of the Kyiv Academic Rusdra Theater called "Baby's Summer".
The play is based on the play "Maiden's Evening over Eternal Peace", written by Ivan Menchella, the best American comedian. By the way, he is the author of the original plots of the series "Time of your life", "My beautiful nanny", etc.
The heroine of the play is three women in their fifties: Lucille, Doris and Ida. They are bright, unique and quite cheerful, but they are united by a far from joyful occasion. Four years as they gather together in late fall to go to one of New York's cemeteries and honor the memory of their husbands.
And yet: isn't their freedom a reason to think about new "boys"? For example, Lucille is crowded with fans. And she really likes it. After all, how nice to feel the admiring glances of men! In general, a woman with age does not lose her desire for beauty or sense of humor.
Three women are completely different in character and type, each of them has its own original story. They are funny, cute, poetic and ... a little intriguing. Therefore, they can clap their glasses, brag about their outfits, and even "stand up" when you need to protect your own interests. You will be captivated by this funny and touching trinity!
The play does not contain any hidden meanings and subtexts. It just needs to be watched with ease, resting your soul to good music, great scenery and talented acting.
The author of the production is Hryhoriy Ziskin (Canada). Cast: Nadiya Kondratovska, Lidia Yaremchuk, Anna Varpakhovska, Anna Natalushko, Oleksandr Hetmansky.
Duration of lyrical comedy - 2 hours 40 minutes (with intermission).
