For the sixth time in Chechnya, Chekhovfest will be held!

From 21 to 31 March, residents of the city will be able to visit 11 incredible performances, among which most are brought by theaters of other cities (Lviv, Kiev, Odessa, etc.).

And the festival will be opened by the brilliant Ada Rogovtseva! The actress plays in the play "Certificate of Life" in her book, and the director of the production is her daughter Katya Stepankova.

Also in the work a whole galaxy of wonderful artists is involved, which masterly embody the unforgettable images of real people, both famous and unknown.

On March 23, the performance of the Kyiv Academic Young Theater with the sparkling comedy "Liars Needed" awaits the Sumy residents.

March 25 will be a gift for lovers of familiar and classical plays, after all, the Lviv Academic Theater of Variety Miniatures will be represented by Hamlet. This performance was an unequivocal sensation of the theatrical season of 2017 in Ukraine.

On March 29, the Sumy people will see "Sweet Darusya" from the Ivano-Frankivsk Music and Drama Theater. For 10 years of existence the production has sold out all over the world: in Chicago, Ottawa, Philadelphia, New York, Toronto, Montreal, Rome and Munich!

And the closing of the festival in 2018 will be the National Academic Theater named after I. Franko with the play "Incomparable" with Anatoly Hostikoyev and Olga Sumskaya. It will be incredibly interesting!
