Concert "Jazz under the stars ELLA. Inessa Ivanytska" in Kyiv

The Kyiv Planetarium, as part of the ARTSpace® art project, together with Ukrainian jazz singer Inessa Ivanytska, invites you to a unique event – “Jazz under the stars ELLA”. This full-dome concert program is dedicated to the birthday of the legendary Ella Fitzgerald and is timed to coincide with International Jazz Day. The project was joined by prominent Ukrainian jazzmen – bright and talented artists who will create a special atmosphere under the starry sky:

• INESSA IVANYTSKA – author of the idea, jazz singer, director of jazz performances and jazz performer, whose ideas give birth to unique performances;
• TIMUR POLYANSKY (piano) – a talented musician and an unsurpassed improviser. Timur Polyansky is an Honored Artist, professor, member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine, and a full member of the European Film Academy;
• ANDRIY CHAYKA (drums, percussion, cajon) is a master of improvisation who deeply feels the musical moment and the performers on stage;
• SERGIY SUPRUN (double bass) – a virtuoso player of the bass guitar and double bass, who brilliantly reveals a wide musical palette to the listener;
• OLEKSANDR RUDKO – master of the artistic word, singer and actor, master of jazz reading. Host of the evening.

You will become part of a fascinating jazz program that brings an entire era to life and honors a figure who has become a legend. Ella Fitzgerald is a woman who was modest in life, but on stage she transformed into an unsurpassed and energetic artist who forever changed the world of jazz. This program is a musical dedication that was born ten years ago. It successfully sounded on various stages of Ukraine, and completed its first cycle at the National Philharmonic. However, the idea did not fade away, but lived, developed, and changed. And now the unique program is back! An evening filled with rhythm, emotions, and magical jazz is waiting for you! The duration of the program is 90 minutes (including the concert in the Star Hall - 60 minutes). We are waiting for you!

Your tickets are your money, which will not be lost in any case.
In case of cancellation (stoppage) of the program due to an air raid warning, the ticket prices will not be refunded, however, the Kyiv Planetarium guarantees viewing of the program in full as follows: if an air raid warning is issued during the program, visitors will need to go to the nearest shelter (Olympiad metro station). After the air raid warning is canceled, the program will be continued within the total duration. If the air raid warning is canceled later than 9:00 p.m., the program will be postponed to another date with the preservation of visitors' tickets.
