The Kyiv Cinema House is a landmark for Ukrainian cinematography. This is one of the most famous cinemas in Kyiv, located in the city center on Saksaganskyi Street, 6, next to Leo Tolstoy Square and Khreshchatyk Street. The Kino House was built in 1958 on the site of a former store. On the opening day, December 6, 1958, Kyiv Cinema House was visited by more than 8,000 spectators, which was a record for that time.
