A prerequisite for attending a concert is the presence of one of the following documents:
- A document confirming the receipt of one dose of a two-dose vaccine (international, domestic or foreign certificate);
- A document confirming the receipt of a full course of vaccination (international, domestic or foreign certificate);
- A negative test result for COVID-19 by PCR, conducted no more than 72 hours before the event;
- A negative result of a rapid test for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigen, conducted no more than 72 hours before the event;
- International, domestic or foreign certificate confirming recovery from COVID-19, no more than 6 months before the event.
The above restrictions do not apply to persons under the age of 18. To participate in the event, persons under the age of 18 must have documents confirming their age.
