The very same "KONOTOP WITCH", which the New York Times wrote about, for which there are kilometer-long queues at the box office of the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater, laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine (2024) , staged by director Ivan Uryvskyi, is coming to Lutsk!
June 7 on the stage of the Volyn Academic Regional Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater named after T. G. Shevchenko.
"The play based on the story by Hryhoriy Kvitka-Osnovyanenko "The Konotop Witch" is a burlesque, bright comedy, imbued with humor, but humor among us, Ukrainians, always gives impetus to action, to the search for perfection, first of all in ourselves, in each of us."
