The very same "KONOTOP WITCH", which the New York Times wrote about, for which there are kilometer-long queues at the box office of the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater, laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine (2024), staged by director Ivan Uryvskyi, is coming to Uzhhorod!
January 31 at 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the stage of the Transcarpathian Regional Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater.
"The play based on the story by Hryhoriy Kvitka-Osnovyanenko "The Konotop Witch" is a burlesque, bright comedy, imbued with humor, but humor among us, Ukrainians, always gives impetus to action, to the search for perfection, first of all in ourselves, in each of us."
