I was sent by Dr. Howe

-

"I was sent by Dr. Howe" is a stage version of W. Gibson's famous play "The One Who Created the Miracle".

The events are based on the authentic facts of the biography of Helen Keller, who became blind and deaf-mute at an early age. Anger and disobedience limited her life, and her soul suffered, longing for love and protection.

The parents wrote a letter to the famous doctor Howe hoping to save the child.

So, they are visited by a young teacher Annie Sullivan, who once overcame her own physical disabilities. At first, her methods of upbringing are questioned and skeptical in the family, and Helen runs away from her like an animal, but in this conflict, Annie is not inferior to anyone.

It was her insistence and love that caused the miracle - little Helen learned to read and write, to interact with the world around her. She later wrote a book, The Story of My Life. It can be considered a guide for people who have despaired.
