"Module of Temporality" (MOT) is a temporary cultural space built from container modules. After three months of work in Kyiv, as well as Dnipro and Lutsk, the project has arrived in Lviv, which will be the final stop on its tour of Ukraine. From September 8 to October 8, one of the largest international art events in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war will take place at the MOT on Oleksa Gasyn Square, which has already been seen by 45,000 visitors. This is an exhibition of contemporary art united by the theme "Temporality" with the participation of 28 artists from 10 countries.
The project was organized by the Kyiv-based team Don't Take Fake, the structure was developed by balbek bureau, and the design was created by crevv studio.
The journey and work of the space in Lviv is being implemented with the support of the Lutsk-based NGO Algorithm of Actions, as well as the assistance of the Lviv City Council.
At this special event, representatives of the Don't Take Fake team will give a tour of the space and introduce the exhibition. They will also tell how a project of this scale was created in eight months, about its purpose and concept, about what was left behind the scenes, and answer questions from the audience.
By purchasing a ticket to the MOT or to special events in the space, such as tours, you support the restoration of cultural institutions in Ukraine. All proceeds from ticket sales go to the MOT fund, which aims to restore cultural institutions affected by Russian aggression.
