The performance is based on the tale of the outstanding Ukrainian poet, folklorist and ethnographer Ivan Manzhura. The tale of Ivan Golik and his brother Thomas is a real pearl of Ukrainian culture.
Three young, inflammatory and avid Bursaks will tell you a Ukrainian folk tale about Ivan Golik and his brother Thomas, about the king - their father, about their adventures with Mouse Ataman, Komar Prince, Serpent and his Serious Daughter.
And our story begins, like any folk tale: "Somewhere, in the thirtieth kingdom, in another state, the king lived with the queen or the prince with the princess, and they had two sons. Here the prince says to his sons - Come with me to the sea, let's hear how the sea people sing songs. So they went ... "
