A favorite cultural space of Odessa residents and guests of the city, Teatro na Chaynaya, is located in the Primorsky district at the address of st. Marazlievska, 34-a (in the former Palace of Students).

The diverse repertoire of the theater attracts audiences of different ages and tastes. A young talented team puts on plays based on the plays of world-famous playwrights: William Gibson ("Two on a Swing"), Bertold Brecht ("If Sharks Were People"), Jean-Paul Sartre, "Behind Closed Doors" and other authors. The plots of the works - comic and tragic - allow you to experience the entire gamut of emotions during viewing. Long philosophical monologues are often heard from the stage at the Theater on Tea House. Performances sometimes take place with a minimum of decorations.

The theater team calls itself a theater laboratory. The search for one's style is still going on here. Therefore, creative experiments are not uncommon, during which every viewer can feel like a member of a large family. Theater guests especially like to stay after the performance and discuss what they saw over a cup of tea.
