Part of the event will be a master class in traditional dances, which involves active audience involvement. This will be a live, interactive practice, during which participants will be able not only to observe, but also to join in the joint movement, to feel the rhythm and energy of Ukrainian tradition through their own bodies. The format is open and accessible to all interested parties - regardless of experience or training.

Immediately after the band's performance, at 5:00 PM, we invite everyone to an informal conversation at The Spiceroom of the Poshtovy Shopping Center (24A Poshtovy Ave., Kryvyi Rih).

"PikeperchFish" is a folk vocal and instrumental group specializing in authentic performance of Ukrainian traditional music. The group consists of professional folklorists and researchers with many years of experience in field expeditions, archival work, and practice in this field.

The group works with archival materials from various funds. The main emphasis is on preserving and popularizing local traditions of vocal performance and singing styles. The members of the group carefully reproduce the stylistic and sound content of traditional songs, preserving the naturalness of live sound.

The repertoire of "Pikefish" includes songs from various ethnographic regions of Ukraine - ceremonial, family and everyday, lyrical. The group performs at festivals, educational platforms, within cultural and research projects and in the media. In addition to concert activities, the group is engaged in education: it conducts master classes, lectures, creative laboratories, popularizing traditional culture among a wide audience.
