By bank card
We work with reliable, secure payment processing systems. We accept cards issued by any bank in the world.
The information is processed using SSL 256 encoding on the server of the electronic payment system (all personal information is encoded, including credit and debit card data, name and address). This means that your card data is not available to the administrators of our site, to the Concert.ua team, or to anyone else.
In the ticket office
At all cash departments, and at us - ticket offices (in shopping centers and partner shops). Come chat with our customer service managers - help you choose an event on the spot or redeem the reservation you booked on the site or through the operator. In all offices cash is accepted, in many you can pay by card.
