Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra in A major.

One of Mozart's brightest and most magnificent works, written in the fall of 1791, shortly before the composer's death. The beautiful second movement stands out in particular - music of incredible beauty, melody, and transparency, which gives a feeling of harmony and peace.

Dmitry Klebanov. Symphony No. 1 "In Memory of the Martyrs of Babyn Yar".

A monumental and emotionally powerful work by a Ukrainian composer, created in 1945. The symphony became one of the first musical dedications to the Babyn Yar tragedy — music-memory and music-confession, striking in its honesty and drama.

Babyn Yar is one of the most tragic pages of Ukrainian history and an unhealed wound of memory. Klebanov's symphony, dedicated to the victims of the tragedy, was first performed in 1947 in Kharkiv and in 1948 in Kyiv, after which the work was banned for many years. Today, this music provides an opportunity to discover an important part of Ukrainian musical heritage.

Maestro Stephen Dominic Ellery

Stephen Dominic Ellery is a British conductor, Principal Guest Conductor of the Dnipro Philharmonic Academic Symphony Orchestra. His touring geography includes the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Japan, Lithuania, Mexico, Peru, France, India, China, Vietnam, Australia and Ghana.

The maestro has performed on prestigious stages around the world, including the Berlin and Munich Philharmonics, the Leipzig Gewandhaus, and the Royal Albert Hall in London, where he conducted a concert celebrating the 100th anniversary of Poland's independence.

In London, Stephen leads the Orchestra of the World and is Music Director and Stage Director of the Polish Opera in London. He conducts Highlight Concerts Lion King Tour in Germany and Filarmonica de Cambra de Catalunya in Barcelona, and was Guest Conductor of the Filarmónica de la Ciudad de México for over 10 years.

The conductor's international career includes performances in Japan with the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Gunma Symphony Orchestra and Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as in Peru with the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional del Perú, Filarmónica de Lima and Orquesta Sinfónica de Arequipa.
