The performance of the Theater Center "Word and Voice" is based on one of the most popular genres of Ukrainian song. This is an urban romance or chanson (from the French chanson - "song").

The fabric of the performance is formed by songs and lyrics by Ivan Franko, Lesia Ukrainka, Taras Shevchenko to the music of B. Veselovsky, A. Kos-Anatolsky, A. Filipenko and other composers - as well as French and Polish chanson, which is organically woven into the musical culture of Lviv.

The Lonely Voice of Man conquers the desert of the city.
