«Druzhba Narodiv» Palace of Culture – the Main Concert Venue of Cherkasy and the Region
The «Druzhba Narodiv» Palace of Culture is an important cultural and artistic center of Cherkasy and the entire region. This imposing functional building, constructed in 1980, was reconstructed, and the renovated venue reopened in 2012. The Palace of Culture is located in the center of Cherkasy at 249 Shevchenka Boulevard.
Technical Features and Capacity of the «Druzhba Narodiv» Palace of Culture
The Palace of Culture has:
- 2 halls (a lecture hall with 330 seats and a concert hall with 1,000 seats);
- modern sound equipment;
- a high-quality lighting system.
