PC «Rosava» – a Center of Cultural Life in Bila Tserkva
The «Rosava» Palace of Culture appeared on the city's map in the 1960s and immediately became notable for its event posters and architectural accents. The building is distinguished by its concise geometry, expressive volumes, extensive panoramic facade glazing and extensive use of concrete structures – characteristic features of its era.In 1976–1979, the architectural ensemble was complemented by the monumental cast-glass stained-glass window «People, Protect the Earth», covering an area of approximately 150 m². The work was created by the prominent Ukrainian artist, Honored Artist of Ukraine and laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize Ivan-Valentyn Feodosiiovych Zadorozhnyi. Unfortunately, part of this artistic complex was dismantled in 2022.
Capacity and Features of the «Rosava» Palace of Culture
At the time the palace was built, its auditorium was considered one of the largest and most modern in the city. It has 991 seats and was designed in an amphitheater format – the seats are arranged in a semicircle around the stage. The rows gradually rise upward, forming a kind of steps that provide a good view of the stage even from the most distant seats.The largest concert hall in Bila Tserkva is located at 53 Levanevskoho Street.
Events Held at the «Rosava» Palace of Culture
The repertoire of the «Rosava» concert hall is not limited to a single genre. Programmes are formed according to the season, audience interests and current artistic trends. This genre flexibility allows the venue to remain a vibrant cultural space and attract diverse audiences. The venue hosts:- music concerts;

- children's performances and musicals;
- stand-up comedy concerts;
- poetry evenings;
