Theater named after T. G. Shevchenko in the Dnipro: history and location

Dnipro Academic Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater named after T.G. Shevchenko is happy to welcome guests on the right bank, in the central area of the city at the address of st. Voskresenska, 5. Nearby are the favorite recreation spots of the city's residents and guests, including the Dnieper Embankment. The theater building is a national architectural monument. Today, the age of the theater is 105 years, because the institution was founded in 1918. It is interesting that this happened in Kyiv. And the formation itself became the first professional theater of Ukraine with state status.

Honored Artist of Ukraine Oksana Petrovska is the director and artistic director of the theater today.
