ICCA (October Palace). GOGOLFEST Territory: Boundless Space of Art
In September 2026, the ICCA in Kyiv will become a hospitable home for the iconic Ukrainian festival GOGOLFEST. The events of the anniversary program dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the large-scale event will unfold at the locations of the October Palace. An exclusive feature of this year's GOGOLFEST will be a format that will involve the spaces of the ICCA previously closed to the public. The GOGOLFEST 2026 program is designed for 5 days and includes the following areas:
- performances;
- exhibitions;
- concerts;
- immersive performances;
- film screenings;
- educational events.
Festival Program
GOGOLFEST 2026 claims the title of the main cultural event of the year. The event will unite contemporary performers and creators in the space of the ICCA - a place where the art of the future is created.
The Cinema Palace will become a large-scale art venue during the festival, where about 50 artists from Ukraine and Europe will present their works. The program includes original paintings, art installations and immersive performances. Musical events will take place on two stages at once - in the premises of the International Center for the Performing Arts and in the open air. One of the main participants will be the band DakhDaughters, and the final highlight of the festival will be a joint performance by DakhaBrakha and Polish circus artists, supplemented by video art.
A separate part of the program will be the cultural and social conference "Antidote". Its participants will talk about the possibilities of culture in confronting disinformation and manipulative influences. Representatives of cultural initiatives from different regions of Ukraine, as well as communities of Ukrainians currently living abroad, will join the discussions.
