Vlad dreamed of singing since childhood. At the age of six, the boy recorded vocals on an old cassette player. Then he recorded the melody on the keys. Having become a student of the philological faculty of an educational institution in Minsk at the age of 17, the boy began to combine his studies with performances on the stages of restaurants and bars. In this way, it was possible to overcome stage fright and natural shyness. The desire to develop and conquer a wider audience led the future star to the "Talent Academy" project. Participation in the show was successful, Vlad had the first song that was put into rotation on the radio.
With the victory in the "Academy of Talents", a ghostly hope for development floated on the horizon: the authorities were attached to a music producer. But the cooperation turned out to be short-lived and ineffective. The initial step towards recognition had taken place, but new material was needed to keep the fans' attention. And the lack of funds and lack of musicians did not contribute to this. That's how Vladyslav became the leader of a cover band with which he tried to enter the music industry. Original covers of Monatik, The Hardkiss, Tayanna, MamaRika tracks were released.
Striving to show himself and win the favor of the audience, Vladyslav took part in various talent shows. Among them are the Ukrainian "X-Factor-2016" and "Voice of the Country-2019". But appearances on the show's stages did not bring the performer a significant breakthrough. The singer considers the release of the first Ukrainian composition "Oberigaty" to be the real start of his solo career. Dila released the track "Garno tak", which immediately entered all possible charts of streaming platforms and hit parades of Ukraine and Europe. And the video clip for the song of 2022 collected more than 8 million views, hitting the YouTube trends and conquering the first step of the Apple Music Ukraine top-100 chart.
Other songs began to appear, which were later collected in the debut album Drama. In 2021, CHEEV moved to Ukraine, where he released his first record. The style of the artist, who sings with his soul, was liked by thousands of Ukrainians. Thanks to his lyrical repertoire, Vlad was called one of the main romantics in the world of domestic music. However, the author admits that in everyday life he is a little different. And CHEEV is an opportunity to say something that is difficult to rebroadcast under normal circumstances.
