2. The validity period of the Certificate is limited to 12 months from the date of issue.

7. To use the certificate at the Concert.ua box office, you need to call the sales consultant the Certificate number and purchase tickets for any of the events available for sale.
8. In case of loss, the Certificate is not subject to recovery.
