Це історія про те, як любов стає зашморгом, а надія — головною брехнею. Ми адаптували класику Теннессі Вільямса, щоб запитати: чи можна врятувати тих, хто відмовляється бачити правду?
The audience is treated to a story about love that gradually turns into a trap, and hope becomes the most dangerous illusion. The modern reading of Tennessee Williams' classic sounds especially sharp and painful, posing a difficult question to the viewer: is it possible to save a person who stubbornly refuses to face the truth?

On May 22, 30, and 31, we invite you to the "Breath" Theater Workshop for a dramatic production based on the play "The Glass Menagerie" by American playwright, 1948 Pulitzer Prize winner Tennessee Williams.

What can an attempt to escape into a world of one's own illusions turn into?
Amanda lives in anticipation of a miracle. She believes that one day the same "gentleman" will appear, the past will return, and life will become easy and measured again. It seems to her that all she has to do is buy a new dress and beautifully arrange the glass figurines on the shelf - and the world will certainly change for the better. But beyond this fragile fictional reality there is another, harsh world...
Laura hides deeper and deeper in her fragile bubble, where glass figures seem more reliable than real people. And Tom suffocates within the walls of this house and dreams of only one thing - to escape as far as possible from the space, where air and a sense of freedom have long been lacking.
The performance will not leave anyone indifferent. We are waiting for you!
