TRANSCARPATHIANS ARE INVITED TO MELODIES OF FOGGY ALBION

On APRIL 30 , we invite Transcarpathians and city guests to join us on a journey through the ages and enjoy the sounds of true English music. For you, a unique musical evening dedicated to the magnificent and multifaceted culture of England, music that inspires, enchants and transports you to the atmosphere of ancient halls of London, green landscapes and noble sophistication. In its mists, royal grandeur cathedrals have been hidden for centuries, the grand tower of Big Ben, huge dreams and magical melodies that resonate in the heart of everyone who has felt the breath of this country.

This evening, the magical atmosphere of British classics awaits you. performed by the ACADEMIC CHAMBER ORCHESTRA under conducted by ONDRAŚ TAZINGER.

From the first notes, the concert program will reveal to you the multifaceted nature of English culture – works by outstanding English composers who will immerse you in the very heart of Great Britain, through the names of Benjamin Britten, Peter Warlock, Gustav Holst, Carl Jenkins.

The host is musicologist NATALIA PITSUR.

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m.

Location: large hall of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic

If an air raid warning is issued during a concert, it will be interrupted and guests will be asked to move to a safe location.

The event will be held in support of our valiant Armed Forces of Ukraine.
