  THE PHILHARMONIC INVITES   ON   AN EVENING OF "MUSIC BORN IN THE MOMENT"

October 25   We invite you to witness a true cultural mystery - music that is born here and now: an evening of piano improvisations by Serhiy Kolesnyk. This is an event that cannot be repeated. There simply is no other performance like this, because each note is created in a moment, especially for us. In the unique acoustics and majestic atmosphere of the Philharmonic, the grand piano will "come to life". You will watch the birth of unique interpretations of famous Ukrainian and European songs.

Serhiy Kolesnyk is a pianist. He graduated from the National Academy of Music of Ukraine with a degree in piano, and his second degree is a choral conductor. He is actively involved in concert and educational activities, and participates in charitable events.

He has extensive experience in the field of musical art, particularly in classical, jazz, and pop. He actively participates in international master classes dedicated to Barry Harris's improvisation theory, held in Germany and the Netherlands.

Serhiy Kolesnyk is the author of his own teaching methods aimed at the development of jazz improvisation and harmony, which help his numerous students achieve high results in musical art. He actively performs both solo and as part of various jazz ensembles, demonstrating his skills on various stages in Europe.

The actual credo: "Art is for everyone who wants to understand it."

The musical evening will start at 5:00 PM.    

If an air raid warning is issued during a concert, it will be interrupted and guests will be asked to move to a safe location.

The event will be held in support of our valiant Armed Forces of Ukraine.   TOGETHER TO VICTORY. EVERYTHING WILL BE UKRAINE!
