The concert introduces listeners to the vivid works of Polish composers of the 20th and 21st centuries.

The program includes "Three Pieces in the Ancient Style" by Henryk Mikołaj Gurecki, "Concerto notturno" for violin and strings by Mikołaj Piotr Gurecki, the lyrical "Serenade for Strings" by Mieczysław Karlowicz, and Piano Concerto No. 2 by Wojciech Kielar.

This is music of different moods — from calm and pensive to emotional and intense.
