The fifth year of a full-scale war is about fatigue, anxiety, pain, and rage building up inside. Sometimes all of this just needs to be released.

That's why #SHOTAM is creating a "Therapeutic Rave" - an evening to dance out everything that's been bubbling up.

Here you can relieve stress, scream out your fatigue along with your favorite songs, jump, sing, and have fun as you please.

What will it sound like?

Music that you recognize from the first seconds.

Electronic hits by The Prodigy, Pendulum, Benny Benassi and other artists that had dance floors bursting.

Rock and grunge — from Nirvana and Linkin Park to Rammstein.

And also — unexpected mixes of world and Ukrainian hits. Imagine a dance floor where Evanescence meets Boombox, and Rammstein meets Verka Serdyuchka.

We will mix music from different years and genres so that people of all ages can meet on the same dance floor.

At Therapeutic Rave, we want to create a space where you don't have to worry about what your dance looks like or whether you'll end up in someone's story the next morning.

Here you can dance awkwardly. Sing loudly. Jump. Scream. Silently sway to the music. Or just be yourself.

Because this evening isn't about beautiful stories. It's about shedding negativity on the dance floor.

Why is rave "therapeutic"?

Not because it replaces psychotherapy.

We create a space where, through music, movement, and living together, you can give vent to your emotions, stop keeping everything inside for at least one evening, and switch things up a bit.
