CONCERT.UA 11 YEARS

We are resistant to crises. After falling, they learned to get up quickly, hold a blow for their partners and protect the audience with all their might. We get high from work, no matter how difficult it is sometimes.

When full halls gather, every time all these years we rejoice for the audience and the organizers. And when they are sad, we always feel their pain.

• From 2012 to 2014, we created a new market, developed from the technological side, and filled the cones. Lots of cones…
• From 2014 to 2015, like everyone else, they fought, became different — stronger.
• From 2015 to 2017, they grew, won their right to the title of one of the leaders, received more and more organizing partners and won their trust.
• At the end of 2017, we completely changed: both externally and internally. Our experience with the awesome team at Fedoriv exceeded all expectations. We became leaders.
• From 2018 to the pandemic, they grew and expanded so quickly that it began to scare even the organizers. Two regional ticket operators were absorbed: Ukrticket (Odesa) and Parter (Kyiv).

With the beginning of the pandemic, everything stopped, but not us. Concert.ua turned from a sales service into a ticket return service (with an incredible demand for this service) and a center for receiving complaints, into an object of hatred for not being able to satisfy all the claims that were actually not to us, but to the organizers ( it was also extremely difficult for them, we understand that).

In the last six months before the start of the full-scale invasion, we grew rapidly again, standing in a tightrope between the interests of the audience and the capabilities/decency of the organizers, closing more and more issues.

With the invasion in full swing, live performances stopped once again. But not us. After solving the security measures, we moved on to the already very familiar activity of providing refunds to the spectators, which in most cases still had to be received from the organizers.

We persevered. We are not ashamed of how we are going through this difficult page of history common to all. We are honest with all parties and ourselves. We are decent as before. Only stronger!

Yes, not 100% of viewer requests are currently satisfied. And let's be honest, some of the requests will remain the same - not all organizers persevered, and some did not even try.

We continue to do our work and at the same time develop at all levels, in all areas, introduce the audience to concerts, stand-up, performances, family and other shows. All of them are now not so much about entertainment, but about vitally necessary "recharging", about the possibility of continuing to hold on to support others. Now our role and responsibility becomes even more important.

We love and respect the audience, organizers and other partners and thank you for everything! To everyone who was with us, who is with us now and will be with us in the future.

We are grateful to each other at Concert.ua, to each and every one who, both in times of growth and victories, and in the most difficult times, gave their all (and even more) for the sake of the interests of the audience and partners, as well as for the sake of our common stability and happiness.
