CONCERT.UA 11 YEARS

We are resilient to crises. After falls, we have learned to get up quickly, hold the blow for our partners, and do our best to protect the audience. We get a kick out of our work, no matter how difficult it may be sometimes.

When full halls gather, every time, all these years, we rejoice for the audience and organizers. And when they are sad, we always feel their pain.

  • From 2012 to 2014, we created a new market, developed technologically, and achieved success. Many successes…
  • From 2014 to 2015, like everyone else, we struggled, becoming different — stronger.
  • From 2015 to 2017, we grew, fought for our right to be one of the leaders, gained more and more organizing partners, and gained their trust.
  • At the end of 2017, we completely changed: both outside and inside. Our experience working with the cool team from Fedoriv exceeded all expectations. We became leaders.
  • From 2018 until the pandemic, they grew and expanded so quickly that even the organizers were scared. They absorbed two regional ticket operators: Ukrticket (Odesa) and Parter (Kyiv).
With the onset of the pandemic, everything stopped, but not us. Concert.ua turned from a sales service into a ticket refund service (with incredible demand for this service) and a complaints center, into an object of hatred for not being able to satisfy all the claims that were actually not directed at us, but at the organizers (it was also extremely difficult for them, we understand this).

In the last six months before the full-scale invasion, we grew rapidly again, standing in a tightrope between the interests of the audience and the capabilities/decency of the organizers, covering more and more issues.

With the full-scale invasion, live performances were halted again. But not us. After addressing security measures, we moved on to a now all-too-familiar activity — providing refunds to audiences, which in most cases still had to be obtained from the organizers.

We persevered. We are not ashamed of how we are going through this difficult page of history common to all. We are honest with all parties and with ourselves. We are decent, as before. Only even stronger!

Yes, not 100% of viewers' requests have been satisfied so far. And let's be honest, some of the requests will remain that way - not all organizers survived, and some didn't even try.

Together with you, we systematically help (already more than 10 million hryvnias) the Defense Forces and those who are in dire need of support. Report here .

We continue to do our job and at the same time develop at all levels, in all planes, introducing the audience to concerts, stand-up, performances, family and other shows. All of them now are not so much about entertainment as about a vitally necessary “recharge”, about the opportunity to continue to hold on to support others. Now our role and responsibility are becoming even more important.

We love and respect the audience, organizers, and other partners and thank you for everything! To everyone who was with us, who is with us now, and who will be in the future.

We are grateful to each other at Concert.ua, to each and every one who, both in times of growth and victories and in the most difficult times, gave their all (and even more) for the sake of the interests of viewers and partners, as well as for the sake of our common stability and happiness.

Concert.ua is 11 years old. And despite all the successes, despite the difficulties and challenges, despite the powerful emotional burden, we remain just who we were:
