Notice on the processing of personal data
In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of part two of Article 8, part two of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", LLC "SLUH-MEDIA" (identification code: 43019560) and LLC "CONCERT" (identification code: 43915844) inform about the owner, manager, location, composition and purpose of collecting personal data processed using the software tools of the web portal https://concert.ua/ electronic, third parties to whom such personal data is transferred, and the rights of the subject of personal data.1. The owner of personal data processed using the software of the web portal https://concert.ua/ is LLC "SLUH-MEDIA" (identification code: 43019560) and LLC "CONCERT" (identification code: 43915844).
2. The controller of personal data provided by personal data subjects is LLC "SLUH-MEDIA" (identification code: 43019560) and LLC "CONCERT" (identification code: 43915844).
3. Location of personal data: MySQL database (database engine) in the computer program “Automated electronic ticket sales system for concerts and other cultural and entertainment events “v-Ticket”.
4. Personal data includes:
- • surname, first name and patronymic of the person;
- • email address,
- • contact phone numbers.
The processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, carried out using software tools.
5. Purpose of processing personal data
The processing of personal data of personal data subjects is carried out for the purpose of:
- • providing the subject of personal data with entertainment services and/or related services by purchasing a ticket by the subject of personal data via the links: https://concert.ua/uk/page/offer#:~:text=«Agreement»%20—%20public%20agreement%20(,on%20set%20in%20it%20;
- • relationships arising with the subject of personal data related to financial and economic transactions;
- • ensuring the quality and safety of services provided by the Companies;
- • performing automated processing of data of subjects in order to assess various aspects of behavior, economic, social and other interests/preferences of these individuals, build development strategies, develop and offer products and services of the Companies;
- • maintaining accounting and tax records, providing mandatory reports to regulatory authorities, in accordance with current legislation;
- • taking other actions related to the conduct of the Companies' activities and compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
6. Third parties to whom the processed personal data are transferred are:
Access to personal data is not granted to a third party if the specified person refuses to assume obligations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" or is unable to ensure them.
Third parties, when contacting LLC "SLUKH-MEDIA" (identification code: 43019560) and LLC "CONCERT" (identification code: 43915844) with applications, complaints, proposals, requests for information, etc., consent to the processing of their personal data, indicating their last name, first name, patronymic, place of residence, personal signature, date. Control over the provision of messages is entrusted to the managers of the Companies.
Personal data is not transferred to foreign entities involved in personal data relations (cross-border transfer of personal data).
Access to information about a person (personal data) is only available to the subject of personal data who is authorized on the web portal https://concert.ua/.
7. Personal data are stored by LLC "SLUKH-MEDIA" (identification code: 43019560) and LLC "CONCERT" (identification code: 43915844) for 3 (three) years from the date of acceptance of the terms of the public offer. After the expiration of the personal data storage period, the Companies have the right to automatically extend the personal data storage period for 3 (three) years, if the subject of personal data does not request the destruction of personal data after the expiration of the personal data storage period.
8. According to Part Two of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the subject of personal data has the right:
- 1) to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;
- 2) receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
- 3) access to your personal data;
- 4) receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
- 5) submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;
- 6) submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data to any controller or processor of personal data if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;
- 7) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
- 8) file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
- 9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
- 10) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- 11) to be protected against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for him/her.
