Bogdan Cooper's first SOLO concert.
Who is Bohdan Kuper? Bohdan Kuper is a Kyiv artist who creates music in a wide range of genres — from indie pop to alternative rap. His work is a study of sincerity, self-irony, and the power of being yourself. Bohdan is not afraid to experiment with sound, combining the emotionality of vocals with live instruments and electronics. Despite the variety of genres, Bohdan's songs always have a common thread — a zest for life, honesty, and loyalty to oneself. His music is a confession of a person who has gone through a journey of formation, doubts, and inner searches. Each track contains a piece of living Kyiv, street energy, freedom, and faith in one's work. Why is it worth attending the event? This is a musical and theatrical performance with a holistic dramaturgy and complete immersion in the plot. The viewer becomes part of the show: visitors not only listen to the music, but also interact with the artist and become participants in the story. The first solo concert explores the theme of inner freedom, self-irony, fear of being a "fool" and finding oneself. The combination of live music, lighting design, video art, acting and scenography creates a unique experience that cannot be conveyed by recording. What is new for those who have already attended your shows? This is a new format of live performance, created specifically for the album "Fool". The concept of the first solo concert is built as "audiotherapy": the stage turns into a hospital, the musicians into doctors, and the audience gradually becomes a commission that determines the final "diagnosis". There is a through-going dramaturgy, theatrical scenes, a video prologue and finale, interactive moments and a specially created visual for each emotional part of the concert. This is Bohdan Kuper's first solo concert, where music, story, and stage design work as a single performance. What will happen on stage? The concert unfolds like a story: from the "reception room" and the beginning of the experiment to the final verdict of the audience. Each block of the show corresponds to a separate emotional state - denial, irony, self-reflection, anger, and vulnerability - with its own light, video graphics, and dramaturgy. The program includes live performances of tracks from the album "Fool", as well as already familiar songs in a new stage performance. The show includes interactive interaction with the audience, acting episodes, cinematic video inserts, lighting solutions, and a symbolic finale that leaves room for your own conclusions.
