BOOMBOX's first solo concert in four years will take place in Kyiv in May 2026

On May 16, BOOMBOX's first solo concert in the last four years will take place in Kyiv, organized by the RMK concert agency, with which the band has had close relations for 20 years.

The concert at Blockbuster Mall is a presentation of the new EP "Alive", a charity event and the closing of BOOMBOX's long-standing debt to its listeners. And now about everything and with details.

"This concert is special for us. We will perform songs from the new EP “Alive” for the first time. It is no less important that this concert will include valid tickets for 2022, purchased by fans for the BOOMBOX concerts at the Kyiv Palace of Sports on April 8 and 9. We will finally be able to say "thank you" to people for waiting so long. And our favorite component - we will raise funds for the Andriy Khlyvnyuk Foundation to purchase four UAV complexes "SICH" for the 212 TEAM unit, the 426th Unmanned Systems Battalion and the combined brigade "Khyzhak" , - the musicians note.

Admission to the concert is free for people with disabilities.

In the past almost four years, BOOMBOX has performed at major events in Ukraine only twice — both times at the Atlas Festival. The band's first solo concert in Kyiv will be not only a long-awaited event for listeners, but also an important step in supporting the Defense Forces.

"The date was not chosen by chance. We want to make the concert as safe and comfortable as possible, gather as many listeners as possible, and achieve our charitable goal. That is why we decided to hold it in May, in Kyiv, on the territory of Blockbuster Mall," the organizers of PMK comment.

The main priority of the organizers is the safety of every visitor and quick evacuation in the event of an air raid. The location is home to the largest bomb shelter in the country - over 50 thousand m², certified by the State Emergency Service and capable of accommodating up to 25 thousand people.
