the one and only loyal assistant of Ivasyk-Telesyk, the comic character Zabudko-Neznayko, the girl Orysia, blinded by the spell of the Snake, her father - the blacksmith Kirill, and the Goldfish.
The main character of the play not only escapes death, but also restores the sight of the blind girl Orysia, removes the effect of the evil witch's spell and deals with the evil spirit.
